UAE Partner Agreement & Terms of Service

• نموذج الكونسيرج: نشتري ونستلم ونوصّل أي شيء — طعام، صيدلية، بقالة، جزّار، مخبز، إلكترونيات، هدايا، استلام/توصيل.

• SAHLA GO provides a driver to pick up orders from your store and deliver them to the customer.

• توفّر سَهلة جو سائقاً لاستلام الطلبات من متجرك وتوصيلها إلى العميل.

• Minimum daily charge: 4 orders/day. If fewer trips are completed in a day, the minimum daily charge still applies.

• الحد الأدنى اليومي: ٤ طلبات/يوم. إذا تمّ تنفيذ عدد أقل من الرحلات في اليوم، يظل الحد الأدنى اليومي مستحقاً.

• The minimum charge may be deducted from, or used against, the total daily trips completed — i.e. once you exceed the daily minimum, you are billed only for actual completed trips.

• يجوز خصم الحد الأدنى أو احتسابه ضمن إجمالي الرحلات اليومية الفعلية — أي عند تجاوز الحد الأدنى اليومي، تُحتسب فقط الرحلات الفعلية المنجزة.

• Delivery fee: 8 AED base + 0.75 AED/km (min 8 AED/trip).

• رسوم التوصيل: ٨ دراهم أساسي + ٠.٧٥ درهم/كم (بحد أدنى ٨ دراهم/رحلة).

• Per-trip delivery fees are calculated using location-based pricing (base fee + per-km, subject to the published DeliveryPricing for your country).

• تُحسب رسوم توصيل كل رحلة وفق التسعير حسب الموقع (رسم أساسي + رسم لكل كم، وفق جدول أسعار التوصيل المنشور لدولتك).

• Drivers share live GPS location; the platform assigns and tracks each trip.

• يشارك السائقون موقع GPS الحيّ، وتقوم المنصة بتعيين وتتبّع كل رحلة.

• Your store is listed in the SAHLA GO app and customer-facing stores directory.

• يُدرج متجرك في تطبيق سَهلة جو ودليل المتاجر الموجّه للعملاء.

• You fulfill delivery yourself (your own driver or courier); SAHLA GO does not assign a driver.

• تقوم أنت بالتوصيل بنفسك (سائقك أو المندوب الخاص بك) ولا توفّر سَهلة جو سائقاً.

• Platform fee: 4% of the total order value (item subtotal) per order, payable to SAHLA GO as the administration fee.

• رسوم المنصة: ٤٪ من إجمالي قيمة الطلب (مجموع الأصناف) لكل طلب، تُدفع لسَهلة جو كرسوم إدارة.

• You manage your menu, working hours, and order acceptance through the Partner Portal.

• تدير المنيو وساعات العمل وقبول الطلبات عبر بوابة الشركاء.

Maintain accurate menu items, prices, images, and working hours via the Partner Portal.

الحفاظ على دقة أصناف المنيو والأسعار والصور وساعات العمل عبر بوابة الشركاء.

Accept and prepare orders promptly; mark order status and fulfillment choice (Sahla Go or Self-Delivery) honestly.

استلام الطلبات وتجهيزها فوراً ووضع حالة الطلب وخيار التنفيذ (سَهلة جو أو توصيل ذاتي) بأمانة.

For Plan A: have orders ready for pickup at the agreed time; the minimum daily charge applies regardless of order count.

في الباقة (أ): تجهيز الطلبات للاستلام في الوقت المتفق عليه، ويُطبّق الحد الأدنى اليومي بصرف النظر عن عدد الطلبات.

For Plan B: ensure timely self-delivery; the customer's experience reflects on both the Partner and the Platform.

في الباقة (ب): ضمان التوصيل الذاتي في الوقت المناسب، فعملية العميل تنعكس على الشريك والمنصة معاً.

Hold a valid UAE trade licence and comply with all applicable licensing, food-safety / product-safety regulations (UAE Food Code and municipal food-safety regulations), and consumer-protection law (Federal Law No. 26 of 2021 on Consumer Protection and the applicable UAE e-commerce regulations).

حيازة ترخيص تجاري إماراتي ساري المفعول والالتزام بكل التراخيص واشتراطات سلامة الغذاء/المنتج (المدونة الغذائية الإماراتية ولوائح سلامة الغذاء البلدية) وقانون حماية المستهلك (القانون الاتحادي رقم ٢٦ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن حماية المستهلك ولائحات التجارة الإلكترونية الإماراتية المعمول بها).

Plan A (Driver Service): minimum daily charge — 4 orders/day (deductible from total daily trips); per-trip delivery fees per published DeliveryPricing (from 8 AED).

الباقة (أ) — خدمة السائق: الحد الأدنى اليومي — ٤ طلبات/يوم (يُخصم من إجمالي الرحلات)؛ رسوم كل رحلة وفق جدول أسعار التوصيل المنشور (من ٨ دراهم).

Plan B: 4% of total order value per order as the platform administration fee.

الباقة (ب): ٤٪ من إجمالي قيمة الطلب لكل طلب كرسوم إدارة للمنصة.

Fees are invoiced / settled on a basis agreed with the Partner (weekly or monthly). Unpaid fees may suspend Portal access.

تُفوتر/تُسدّد الرسوم وفق أساس متفق عليه مع الشريك (أسبوعياً أو شهرياً)، وقد يُعلّق عدم السداد الوصول للبوابة.

Taxes, where applicable, are the Partner's responsibility unless otherwise agreed. Applicable tax: Value Added Tax (VAT) at the rate of 5% in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.

الضرائب، حيثما تنطبق، مسؤولية الشريك ما لم يُتفق على غير ذلك. الضريبة المطبّقة: ضريبة القيمة المضافة بنسبة ٥٪ وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٨ لسنة ٢٠١٧ بشأن ضريبة القيمة المضافة.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

يخضع هذا الاتفاق ويُفسَّر وفق القوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذا الاتفاق أو يتعلق به يخضع لاختصاص محاكم دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

The Partner confirms compliance with Federal Law No. 26 of 2021 on Consumer Protection and the applicable UAE e-commerce regulations, and with data-protection requirements under Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

يؤكّد الشريك الالتزام بـالقانون الاتحادي رقم ٢٦ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن حماية المستهلك ولائحات التجارة الإلكترونية الإماراتية المعمول بها، ومتطلبات حماية البيانات وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.

This Agreement runs until terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice.

تسري هذه الاتفاقية حتى إنهائها بأي من الطرفين مع إشعار كتابي قبل ١٤ يوماً.

SAHLA GO may suspend or terminate immediately for breach, fraud, unsafe practices, or repeated service failures.

يجوز لسَهلة جو التعليق أو الإنهاء فوراً عند الإخلال أو الاحتيال أو الممارسات غير الآمنة أو تكرار إخفاقات الخدمة.

Upon termination, outstanding fees remain payable and the Partner's listing is removed.

عند الإنهاء، تبقى الرسوم المستحقة واجبة الدفع ويُحذف إدراج الشريك.

SAHLA GO is a marketplace/fulfillment platform; product quality and order accuracy are the Partner's responsibility.

سَهلة جو منصة سوق/تنفيذ؛ وجودة المنتج ودقة الطلب مسؤولية الشريك.

SAHLA GO is not liable for indirect or consequential losses; liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 30 days.

لا تتحمّل سَهلة جو الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ومسؤوليتها محدّدة بحد أقصى الرسوم المدفوعة خلال الـ٣٠ يوماً السابقة.

Both parties protect customer data and use it only to fulfill orders, in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data; no resale or marketing to shared customers outside the Platform.

يحمي الطرفان بيانات العميل ويستخدمانها فقط لتنفيذ الطلبات وفق المرسوم بقانون اتحادي رقم ٤٥ لسنة ٢٠٢١ بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية؛ لا إعادة بيع أو تسويق خارج المنصة.
